Show Room

mostra

Via Cavassico Lower, No. 9 is located Showroom Keralpen, hosting some of our models, also in function. From the visit it will be possible for the customer to inspect examples of stoves, though the range actually includes dozens of models to meet various needs of heating from the surface to 40 m to 130 m. Always to achieve the main objective of meeting with a “stoves to measure” every customer, Keralpen also offers a consultancy and site inspection free and without obligation at where you want to install the stove.
Thanks to a careful analysis of the variables, such as type of accommodation facility, thermal insulation and surface distribution of the compartments, positioning the stove, size and condition of the chimney… technical staff Keralpen produce a stove project created specifically for your specific needs. Company

Since 1983 Bruno Schiocchet is dedicated to production and the continuous optimization of the traditional Tyrolean stove to improve energy efficiency: all this thanks to a laboratory for analysis built by himself.
MAXIMUM QUALITY = MAXIMUM YIELD = MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE
This equation combines efficiency and biocompatibility: Keralpen is a valid Researcher and Direct Producer, shown by a product with very high energy efficiency at the most Competitive Price on the market.

Factory

Keralpen has a modern production plant site in the industrial area of San Felice, Trichiana, in the province of Belluno, where she complete all phases of production and prefabrication of the elements constituting the Stoves. It is interesting the company’s choice to directly produce all the elements that compose their products in order to ensure its quality and competitiveness. The type of stoves realized in fact is “prefab” in the sense that the individual blocks are assembled into the factory and after installed at the customer’s home, with considerable saving of time and money for the customer (This compared to traditional stoves built on site with enormous need of time wich elements are bought by third parties). The Tirolean Stoves by Keralpen also offers the advantage of being possibly removable and transferable, thus constituting a “movable asset”.

Tirolean Stoves

THE STOVE MADE FOR YOU
The heat planning made for you: with this philosophy Keralpen ensure to every customer the best solution of bio-compatible heating. The heating power is directly proportional to its mass and therefore each of them is dimensioned in relation to the needs of each customer. Our products cover surfaces from 20 mq. to 130 square meters, or if you need more power “ready to use” we have the Tirolean Stove with forced air reaching 30 kw of thermal power (irradiation + forced air) . At the top of our best product is Tirolean Thermostove that is able to produce 500 liters of hot water for both sanitary and thecnical use, beside irradiation power (for more information about see at this link “TIROLEAN THERMOSTOVES”).

Traditional Stoves

The Traditional Tyrolean Stove is a stove that accumulates heat and gives it as radiant heat. Its constituent elements are: the base, the combustion chamber made of refractory material (of superior quality), the smoke duct and the ceramic tile coating. The "smoke turns" must be reduced exactly proportionally. The tiles heat up to 150 °; there is no danger of being burned by the particular nature of ceramics, and this is also important for children who are willingly close to a ceramic stove. The traditional Tyrolean Stove accumulates more heat even at the base, which can be further exploited. For this it is built on feet with the free base or with the plinth that allows ventilation. The ash produced is removed only a few times during the heating period. It is important, however, that the fire always burns on a bed of ash and not on the refractory brick floor. The traditional Tyrolean Stove feeds twice a day. Those who scrupulously follow the few rules contained in the instructions for use are able to use the Tyrolean stove without problems, without waste and will have great satisfaction.

Air Stoves

The Traditional Tyrolean Stove with forced air is a stove that accumulates heat and gives it as radiant heat. The Traditional Tyrolean Stove with Air has at its base a special ventilation system with one or two nozzles that can be freely selected to take advantage of the initial heat of the burning fire: in fact they light up 15 minutes after lighting the wood in order to heat up faster the environment. Moreover, given the increased power compared to the Classic sisters, the Tyrolean Air Stove covers 500 cubic meters of maximum living space. The ash produced is removed only a few times during the heating period. It is important, however, that the fire always burns on a bed of ash and not on the refractory brick floor. The traditional Tyrolean Stove feeds twice a day. Those who scrupulously follow the few rules contained in the instructions for use are able to use the Tyrolean Air Stove without problems, without waste and will have great satisfaction.

Water Stoves

Water Stoves

Taking advantage of its experience and the available technologies, Keralpen has developed a stove able to exploit the energy provided by the combustion of wood biomass, transforming it in part to water without losing its radiant power. By modifying the structure inside the stube, or by placing two heat exchangers, it was possible to produce hot air at a sufficient temperature to heat 500 liters of water at 60 degrees, not intervening on the combustion neither increasing the quantity of fuel nor the frequency of loading: This resulted in a benefit proportional to the economic savings that a gain in yield. Furthermore, if the water is structurally separated from the combustion chamber, there will never be any safety problems due, for example, to the ejection of the liquid. All this led to a regional recognition for technological innovation, raising Keralpen under a technological as well as traditional light. The history of the Keralpen tradition of craftsmanship was born in 1983: the continuous optimization of the traditional Tyrolean stove brought energy improvements to both traditional products and to the recent development of a Tyrolean stove capable of producing 500 liters of hot water without losing its radiant power using 30 kg of wood daily. The simplicity and economy of this CERTIFIED system has enabled Keralpen to win the "Regional First Prize for Technological Innovation".
