WITH HEATING EXCHANGER

Thanks to its experience and to the availble technologies, Keralpen realized a stove that can heat both the environments by radiating heating than 500 lt. of hot water at 80°C.

The stove has got an involved exchanger that crosses the combustion chamber and takes air in temperature. Than, hot air heat water.

The safety of the stove is guarantee by the division into water and fire, that avoid the risk of boiling.

This model of stove needs 2 charges of wood a day.

All this allow us to get the Regional Premium for the Technological Innovation, raising Keralpen under a new technological light, over than traditional.

Scambiatore Aria

gli scambiatori interni permettono di portare 500 litri di acqua a 60 gradi e mantenere la potenza in irraggiamento scaldando 120 mq. di superfice: tutto questo ne aumentando la quantità di combustibile ne la frequenza di carico.

Nel Punto 2

Scambiatore Acqua

il calore è ceduto all’acqua mediante un radiatore posto sotto la stufa e non interno alla stessa: questo accorgimento separa il liquido dalla fiamma, che non potrà mai andare in ebollizione.

Nel Punto 3

Accomulatore

l’acqua riscaldata passa all’accumolo, che facilmente si può collegare a caldaie o altri impianti (ad esempio pannelli solari).

TECHNICAL DATA

The story of Keralpen artisanal tradition born in the year 1983. The continue optimization of traditional tyrolean stove took better energetic performances both about the traditional products, than about the recent evaluation of a tyrolean stove that is able to produce 500 lt. of hot water at 80°C, without losing radiating power, using 30 kg. of wood/ day.

The simplicity and the cheap price of this CERTIFIED system allowed to Keralpen to win the “1st Regional Premium for the Technological Innovation”
